Nature's Way Bluebird House - always a good choice!
When picking the best bluebird house, look for well-ventilated, easy-opening houses made from quality products like cedar, bamboo or recycled plastic.

Stake feeders work great
to feed bluebirds!
Bluebirds are easy to attract to feeders with live or freeze-dried mealworms, suet kibbles or suet nuggets. They will also eat sunflower meats, and even raisins. You can use a small, open dish or an enclosed feeder if you have a problem with starlings, mockingbirds or squirrels.

Brown-headed Nuthatches are disappearing in Georgia. You can help them by modifying a bluebird box. Simply add a 1" portal to restrict the size of the entrance hole.

It's almost impossible to pick our favorite bird, but if we had to, it would be hard to top the bluebird! Their striking color, friendly personality and sweet song make the bluebird a perennial favorite. Even though spring is officially weeks away, bluebirds and other songbirds are already picking nesting sites. Competition is stiff, and the early bird gets the worm ;).

To celebrate bluebird season, we are taking 20% off all bluebird products through March 12th! Save on bluebird houses, poles, baffles, portals, bluebird feeders, live and freeze-dried mealworms, suet nuggets - everything you need for happy bluebirds.
Bluebirds prefer to nest in open, grassy areas away from trees, shrubs and busy bird feeding stations. Bluebird houses should have a 1.5" hole without a perch, be nice and roomy, and be placed on a pole with a predator baffle for best results. Monitoring nest boxes is always a good idea to check for wasps, ants or other problems. If you happen to attract chickadees, titmice, nuthatches or wrens, please don't kick them out! Just put up a second or third box for them. Cornell University invites you to join their NestWatch program and contribute to science by monitoring and reporting your bluebirds and other nesting birds.
