I know, I know...change is hard, but it's not always BAD and one thing for sure, it's INEVITABLE!! Change forces you to grow and become a better version of yourself...better than you thought possible! That is exactly what is going on around here! We are making ourselves BETTER than we thought we could be!!
"So," you ask, "What the heck is going on girls!" Well my crafty friends...here is the low-down!
Our POS, (This "technically stands for POINT OF SALE, but lately, it has been the OTHER meaning- IF you know what I'm saying! lol) is VERY old...like so old, they don't even support it anymore. Think Windows XP, but OLDER!! Anyway, there are SO many things we need it to do in today's retail world that it just cannot do. SO, we have been searching for about a year now for a new register system. None of them are a perfect fit, and we just finally decided that nothing will ever be PERFECT, but we need to find something that we at least like! We have finally decided....and have been working really hard to get everything entered in it and learn the NEW system!
What does all this mean for you?

REWARDS PROGRAM CHANGES...Now- give us a second...at least read this before you start rolling your eyes and saying "here it comes."
So, the new system- that is one feature we don't love- their rewards system is just lacking and we don't like how it tracks. So, for the past 3-4 months we have really been researching what other stores do and what we can use along side our new register system. We have finally decided on TWO different customer loyalty/ customer rewards systems that we know you are going to love!! (We are actually REALLY EXCITED about them!)
So, our spend $200 and get a coupon will shift into a a new "6 BOX" Cash Back rewards program! How it works...Each time you shop with us, you are getting CASH back! You will get a card to fill out and keep at the store. When you come in to shop, just pull your card when you are ready to check out. We will log the total of each purchase and after 6 purchases, you will get a gift card back for 10% of your total!! I KNOW!! VERY COOL! Makes me a little nervous though! Some of you are going to be getting some NICE chunks of $$$ back!!

-If a customer joins our rewards program during this 5th Saturday promotion, September 1st-September 30th, they may have their 20% off shopping spree the same day! (you don't even have to wait!!)
- You can use your tote (and discount) once between September 1 and September 30th.
- 20% off shopping pass is valid on all regularly priced, in-stock product.

In the mean time....what about your built up points...NO WORRIES!! Stop in between now and August 31st and check your loyalty points. We can tell you how close you are to our next coupon. If you decide to make a purchase to get yourself to your next coupon- great! Remember, those coupons NEVER EXPIRE, so use it, save it, do whichever you want, it's fine with us!
