Sawblades is a bold, scrappy quilt with rotating blocks. It looks great in any color as long as you have a strong contrast between the blades and the background. The finished quilt size is 76” by 91”.

Description: Sign up and spend the day with your crafty friends while working on one of your many unfinished projects. Sue will be there to help with your project (if it is within her ability), encourage you to keep working and assist you in having a great/productive day (or at least a fun day with friends). If there are two days scheduled in a row, you can leave your area all set up overnight and be ready to go again in the morning.

Miniature Log Cabin Pins

Learn to make miniature log cabin design lapel pins. Each pin requires 11 coordinated fabrics, so this is a great scrappy project. Each pin is approximately 1 and 1/2 inches square.

This class will introduce you to a method of paper piecing designed by Judy Niemeyer that is fast and organized so that you can complete even complex looking quilts. Paper piecing this quilt will result in sharp spikes and exact sized blocks. You will also learn an easy way to add curved pieces to your spikes to complete the quilt blocks. This class is designed for beginners to intermediate quilters, but anyone is welcome to join us.

Low Water Immersion Fiber Reactive Dying

Come immerse yourself in quick, easy fabric dyeing techniques using very little water and fiber- reactive dyes. If you've been afraid to jump in to fabric dyeing because of scary chemistry or long, messy processes, this class will chase those fears away and you will leave with basic dyeing skills you can use in your own kitchen or laundry room.
 
Intro to Free Motion Quilting

Machine Embroidery Club

Club Description: 
Come have fun. Work on your machine embroidery projects. Share your ideas and projects. Get answers to your questions. All skill levels are welcome. Ideas: In the Hoop project (mug rug, zippered pouch ...), applique quilt project, embroider on a article of clothing, 3D project, such as, 3D Flowers.
 
Don't forget that Honey Bee is now a drop off site for pillow cases for Case for Smiles (formally ConKerr Cancer). Drop off pillowcases to brighten up a sick child's day!
