Welcome to the February Edition of the
Shadyside CoC Newsletter
A guide to news, events, and more on Walnut, Ellsworth,
Highland, and everything in between.
This month, we're asking Shadyside businesses to join the chamber, shopping small, and getting ready for a new chamber board in 2022!
Let's dive in.

CALLING ALL BUSINESSES - MEMBERSHIP 2022

Thank you to those of you who have already joined the Chamber this year! Businesses of Shadyside, you help keep our neighborhood unique and vibrant. We couldn't do it without you!
Today is the last day to join the Chamber at a discounted rate. Checks dated 1/31/22 and received by 2/7/22 are eligible for 10% off dues. Or, simply pay online here by tonight at 11:59 pm.
Last year, membership dues helped us:
- Bring back the Jams on Walnut which raised over $100k for charitable giving
- Revive the Arts Festival which helped to fund chamber activities like the holiday lights on Walnut and Ellsworth
- Update the street, including new light poles
- Work with Councilperson Strassburger to ensure your voice was heard as the city considered updating bike lanes in our neighborhood.
We hope you'll consider joining the Chamber in 2022.
