You will add the modeling paste to various surfaces. Then we will decorate our boards with photos, papers, sequins, and more from Teresa's newest collections. Page Planning Tips and Techniques!
Print pictures - Print a BUNCH at a time in whatever size you need/want them (4X6, 5X7, whatever)- I like to print out 4 inches worth
  1. Pick/Design a layout - use a sketch, use a post-it to draw a picture whatever - based on this you know how many pictures will fit on a 2 page spread. Make sure to have something written down here - so you don't forget your plan when you get to the crop.
  2. Pick your paper - again - you have an idea what your layout will look like - get your cardstock base, patterned paper, extra cardstock for mats/accents. Use small post-its to make notes for specific papers if you think you'll need them.
  3. Pick your embellishments - buttons, ribbon, embellishments that go with the paper line etc. Based on your layout design - pack what you need.
  4. Title/Journaling? Do you need to cut something with your electronic diecut machine? I cut these things at home - saves a LOT of packing space ;) Also sticker letters or certain pens to write with. I pack the sticker letters right in with the layout.
  5. Packing it all up ;) I use an art bin to pack all the flat things - paper, cardstock, stickers, titles etc - I use cardboard or page protectors as dividers - I stack my art bin so that the layout on top is the next one to work on. Chunky embellishments like buttons, ribbon, brads etc etc all go in together in a snapware container - I use a post it on my layout design (with the paper) to help me remember what I wanted to use where.
  6. Tools - if I need certain tools for the layout - punches, inks, crop-a-dile, etc - I keep a list in a notebook of things to pack.
