Support the Flint St. Alleyway Project and win a gorgeous table!
The Flint Street alleyway is located on East Flint St. between Something Fabulous and Salon U.
Originally it was just your typical alleyway, dirty and empty except for a few cigarette butts.

Then back a few years ago, some DDA volunteers decided to turn it around and give it a face-lift. First, they worked with Main Street Oakland County to come up with a design. Then, with just a shoestring budget, a few strings of lights and a weekend working with some pallets and a nail gun, they turned the alleyway into a destination.

The DDA Design committee has put together an Alleyway committee of volunteers who are working to raise the funds needed to build more permanent structures. They’re partnering with John Burt Realty who is sponsoring a Lighter-Quicker-Cheaper place-making grant from the Michigan Board of Realtors and with a donation from Knude Products, they’re raffling off this solid, custom-made table.
You can purchase them at the DDA office (118 N. Broadway, Lake Orion) as well.
The winner of the raffle will be pulled at the National Trails Day Paint Creek Trail Extension ribbon-cutting ceremony  which will be from 9 am until noon on June 2, 2018.
