On Saturday, July 21st,
Meet Leah Mitula, the talented founder and organizer of Denur Crafts, a women's collective in Kenya. The women hand craft items using traditional methods and raw and recycled materials in a safe and fair trade environment. Sales of the women's work provide for the education of the women's children, income for the women and reinvestment into the business. Leah will join us from 10AM-5PM to share the work and stories of the Denur Crafts project
and will have a full collection
of the wonderful crafts she offers.
