Enjoy making the 7 CAN SOUP!
15 ounces black beans. Drain & Rinse
15 ounces pinto beans. Drain & Rinse
14.5 ounces petitie diced tomatoes
15 ounces sweet corn. Drain
12.5 ounces chicken breast. Drain and flake.*
* I substitute baked chicken breast
28 ounces mild green enchillada sauce
14 ounces chicken broth
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large soup pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
