In 2019, WE’RE MOVING!
Fifteen years ago, Gaston County native Libby Stines opened up Union Rd. Learning Station on Union Road and began her entrepreneurial career. In 2009, former teacher and Gastonian Lou Ann Gibson joined and the two created the magic that is Libby Lou’s Gifts and The Teacher Box. Longtime friends, they decided to create a store for teachers, parents and shoppers of all kinds.
Ten years later, we are relocating The Teacher Box/Libby Lou’s. Due to ongoing and unknown real estate development at the current location, we have decided to take advantage of an opportunity before the year progresses on.
We never thought we would be leaving this location but we are thankful for the time spent here and look forward to more opportunities to grow at our new location. We have put so much into our store and are thankful for our customers who have come from five, fifty or even five-hundred miles to shop with us. Without your support, the opportunity to move and provide the same services to Gaston County and beyond would not be possible. You have shared the ups and downs of this journey with us, and we consider you all part of our family!

While moving will be hectic, don’t worry. Lib and Lou will always be here for you! Our new location will be 225 Market Street, Cramerton, NC (the former Baker’s Furniture Building). The next few months have a lot in store and we look forward to sharing it with you. Stay tuned to Instagram, Facebook, and emails for live updates. Also, if you know us, we had a LOT of fun at the Atlanta gift market. New items will continue to arrive at the Union Road location until you hear from us otherwise!

Thank you all for watching us grow during the past ten years. We appreciate your love and support more than you know. Now that our secret is out, you know the journey is just beginning! We can’t wait for you to #shoplocal with us at our new location. Here’s to many more years of memories, friendship and community in Cramerton.
