5 reasons to be excited about the
2019 Flower & Art Fair
For Immediate Release:
Lake Orion, MI

While the ground may be covered with snow, gardeners know now is the time to start thinking about Spring.   Here in Lake Orion, that means we get excited about The 19th Annual Lake Orion Flower & Art Fair.

This festival traditionally celebrates the beginning our of our time to play in the dirt, to buy beautiful presents for our Mama's, to enjoy Art in the street, and to see our friends outside on streets finally free from snow and ice.

Our goal is to keep creating reasons for celebration and this year we have exciting news! Lake Orion will be hosting the DIA Inside/Out art installation, April 15 - July 15. What this means is pieces of art from their collections will be placed OUTSIDE all over Lake Orion!  Tours led by docents of the museum will be scheduled during the festival, as well as an onsite Art Workshop which will hosted by DIA staff and placed among the vendors out on the street. It's truly an honor to have this world-class institution here to help us inspire curiosity, spark creativity, and to re-imagine our collective future in the Village of Lake Orion.
