First, the frame style and fabrics are selected to be perfect in your home.
|
|
|
|
|

Orders are sent to the factories, scheduled for completion, and the frames are built of the finest hardwood.
|
|
|
|
|
|

The frames are stained, painted, and left to cure.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Artisans build each piece by hand. Springs are placed by hand.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The 8-way hand-tied spring coil system is a tried and true technique that requires skilled craftsmanship. Laborers tie springs eight ways, from side to side, front to back and diagonally. This helps achieve upholstered furniture that is soft, supportive, flexible, and comfortable, and durable.

|
Cushioning is applied, then fabrics and leathers are templated to ensure pattern matching. When the fabric has a print, the factory ensures a perfect match so the pattern will line up.

|
|
|
|
|
Fabrics are cut and sewn.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Welts, trims, and other details are sewn, then the fabric pieces are applied to the frame.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Finishing touches like nailheads and trim details are added. As the piece passes through each and every department, the cutter, the sewer, the woodworker, etc. will sign their name with pride in creating this piece of art for your home.

And finally, we hand deliver and install gorgeous, custom designed, hand made products to your home.
