Here's How It Works...
3 Days, 9 Products
Each day, 3 stores 'drop' a demo video and reveal a 'Mystery Product' via Facebook and blast Email with a link to their online store. Each video/product expires at Midnight each day! Be sure to watch the 9 videos!
Word Puzzle Challenge
During the 9 videos, listen carefully for a "special word". Make a note of all 9 words that form a word puzzle. It is your challenge to solve the puzzle! Email your answer and your contact information to info@countryconcessions.com. All CORRECT answers will be entered into a grand prize draw to win a bundle of $25 gift certificates - one for each store!
Store Draws and Specials
Each store will have their own individual draws and prizes throughout the Shop Hop. They will also be advertising and holding their own Canada 1-2-3 sales from July 1-3.

ONLINE SHOPPING:

Don't see what you're you're looking for in our online store? Please contact us with your specific product request. Email: quilting@countryconcessions.com or Phone: 705-458-4546. We will need your contact/shipping information and credit card number, including expiry and CCV#.
SHOPPING IN-PERSON BY APPOINTMENT:
Our store location is open to customers by appointment Monday-Saturday as follows (closed holidays):
- Now until July 5th: Appointments are available10am-noon and 1pm-4pm.
- Beginning July 6th: Appointment availability will be reduced to 10-11am and 4-5pm to make way for Drop-In Shopping (see below)
- Booking an Appointment: Time slots are 30 minutes. If you need more than 30 minutes, book two consecutive time slots. Two customer appointments run at the same time (concurrently), so if you're coming with another person, book two appointments at the same time! Visit: Appointment Page
DROP-IN SHOPPING:
As of July 6th, we are opening our doors to Drop-in Shopping from 11am-4pm (but you will be asked to wait your turn at the door as only 3 customers are allowed in the store at a time).
FREE PORCH PICKUP:
If you are local or up for a drive, just select "Porch Pickup" in your online order and we will hold the order for your contact-free porch pickup. Please wait for a pickup notification by email (about 5-7 days). Upon arrival to the store, knock at the door - or you can call the store and someone will place your parcel on the porch.
Porch Pickup Hours are as follows:
- Now until July 5th: Monday-Saturday, 10am-noon and 1-4pm.
- Beginning July 6th: Extended to Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.
SHIPPING:
We use Canada Post. If the item is oversized, it is sent Expedited and you will receive a tracking number - otherwise, you will not get a notification. Please be patient - it is taking about 15-20 days to send your package. If you require your purchase to be shipped to you (rather than using FREE porch pickup), details are as follows:
- Now until July 5th: Shipping is FREE.
- Beginning July 6th: For orders under $150 (pre tax) we will be charging a flat free shipping fee of $5. For orders over $150, shipping remains FREE.
RETURNS:
Unfortunately we cannot accept or process returns during COVID-19.
TRANSACTIONS:
We are only processing Debit and Credit transactions at this time.
