Garden Club Members,
Spring is coming- a tiny snow flurry Wednesday morning and sunshine in the afternoon = normal Idaho weather. FarWest has received truckloads of plants, see the list below!! We will have a large selection of deciduous trees this Friday. Bare root grapes, currants, raspberries, etc. may arrive late next week, if our weather allows. Thank you to our plant movers, taggers, planting crew & buyers for all of your hard work in getting FarWest ready for spring!
Plant arrivals this week-
In Bloom: primrose, pansy, hellebore (select few are 30% off), english daisy
Houseplants: many in now, more Friday 2/26 afternoon
Fruit trees: Apple: fuji, northpole, honecrisp, espaliered 3way, Pear: combo asian, shinseiki, more expected March 5th.
Shrubs: oak leaf hydrangea 10G, ruby slippers 10G
Japanese maples: bloodgood, orange flame, coral bark, shirazz, emperor, sangu kaku, tamukeyama, red sentinel
Trees: autum blaze maple, more maples Friday 2/26. dogwood: venus, cherokee brave, cloud nine, clump jacquemontii birch, goldenchain, emerald spire crabapple, snow fountain cherry magnolia: daybreak, genie, black tulip, vulcan. hydrangea tree form- large sizes

This week we are starting basil, lettuce, kale, broccoli, eggplant, cauliflower & cabbage indoors. (Basil is for indoor harvest)
