For a Perfect Distressed finish use the Goopy Paint as your base coat.
1. Apply with a pallet knife, spatula or brush as goopy or smooth as you like.
2. Allow a good 24 hours to dry.
3. Then paint an Colour Vintage or Buttermilk on top.
4. When all is good and dry sand it smooth exposing the Goopy Paint Colour.
