Important Scheduling Announcement--Evening Hours

The Retirement Party is Saturday, November 7, 2-4pm.
The "Retirement" party is now full...and, yes, there will be cake!!
In fact there will be lots more...we have three grand prizes to raffle off. We have a Brother ScanNCut, a super Tim Holtz unfolding storage case, filled with cool stuff and a bunch of gift certificates to Topsfield businesses, plus a "surprise" that will tickle you to pieces...can't say any more...plus a few other minor prizes as donated by our favorite vendors.
How to get into the raffle, you might ask?? Just start saving your receipts, beginning with this past Saturday, October 17, and going until November 7th at 2 pm. Add them up, staple them together and present them to us on November 7, and for each $25 you have spent, you will receive a raffle ticket. Hang on tight to your tickets...we will be awarding prizes by ticket number!! So, pretty much only the attendees will be in the raffle...good odds for you!
We have a small gift for everyone who has RSVP'd.

The final AE class is the Holiday Flip Book, and this class is full...here is the original write up ...be sure to bring the correct tools as the class is very full, and you will want to be able to move along.
This is a wonderful flip book, that I showed a few days ago on a video over on Facebook...you should be able to scroll down on Facebook a few days for it...This is what is called a "bare bones class." That means, I will provide the base material, and the instructions as we go to create the booklet. You will provide the decorative paper, ribbon, die cuts, (photos can be added later, or during the class.)
For the sample, I used the Tim Holtz yuletide ephemera pack and his festive 8x8 papers. Included in your kit will be a few of the Tim Holtz holiday word cards. You will also need about two yards of ribbon. If you are using other paper, you will need enough paper to cover nine 4x6 pages, as well as a few sheets extra for decorating the book, and making pockets.
Please bring the above items mentioned, along with a 12-inch trimmer, a 12-inch scoring tool (you may wait to use shared supplies,) strong double-sided adhesive (we just got a new supply of "Super Adhesive Tape") and a tape runner.
Ideas for adding a decorative look--flat flowers, Tim's Printer's blocks letter words (I used "Merry" and a few pieces of holly. ) A little bling would look good, as well as stickers, more ribbon, decorative chipboard, etc.
The class will be on Saturday, November 7, from 11am-1 pm
and the cost is $9. I am starting promptly so we can be done in time for the Party!! Come early if you want to shop.
