When: July 10, 11, & 12, 2015
Location: Gasthof Amish Village in Montgomery, IN
Price: $110 for Friday beginning at 3pm and concluding on Sunday at pm!
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due upon sign-up, with the balance being paid at or before the retreat.
What all you get: 3 meals (Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch & Saturday Dinner) all provided by the Gasthof Restaurant, Your own table, A Goodie Bag, and Lots of Prizes and GOOD TIMES!
***No Breakfast provided since the hotel offers a continental breakfast form 5:30-9:30am. Also, no Sunday lunch included but the Gastoff has their Sunday Buffet from 11-3pm!**
Accommodations: The Gasthof Village Inn has offered us a rate of 72.99 a night plus tax. ($81.75 total). They have King, Double Queen & Double Double Rooms. (limit 2 ppl per King room and limit 4 ppl per Double)

Activites:
Scrapo– The Doodlebug Girls have started a list of techniques to challenge your scrapbooking brain, and for each SCRAPO you complete , you will receive a ticket for the prize drawing! So complete as many Techniques as you can to earn those tickets!
Classes– Don’t forget, there will be a couple of classes offered throughout the weekend to help you learn a few new tricks and get even more done!
And a few more surprises planned for the weekend...I mean we can't give it all away!

Do we get out own table?....YES, you get your own 6-8ft table to FILL UP with all of your crafty goods!
Can we leave our stuff sit out all weekend?...YES, no packing up until Sunday! Don't worry, we lock the hall each night! (well for a few hours anyway!! From 3am-8am...so your stuff won't be lonely too long! haha!)
Can I bring something that needs to be plugged in?...YES, but make sure you bring an extension cord!! We are in an event hall, so the plug-ins are far along the walls and we cannot guarantee you a spot by a plug in. BUT..with an extension cord and maybe a surge protector, you'll be just fine!
Does the Doodlebug bring any tools? We do bring a few tools from the store for everyone to use and share....these include our big shot machine, our dies, and a few punches. Hannah and Melanie usually bring along their Silhouette too, in case you need something really specific cut. Keep in mind, if we don't have the shape, you will have to pay for the down load.
Does the Event Hall have WiFi?...YES!!
Are there snacks provided?...YES- by all the croppers!! When you bring snacks and drinks to share...you get a few extra prize tickets as our way of saying thanks for sharing!!
Will the Doodlebug set up a little store at the retreat? Yes we will!! The store is also open for regular business hours that weekend too!
Will we get a coupon for the store like we usually do?? YES you will!! You will get a coupon for 15% off to use at the Jasper store all weekend long.
What if I want to share a room, but don't know anyone coming? We have set up an event on our Facebook Page, so head on over there and post that you are ISO (in search of) a roommate!
